Versions

The Bible version is the 'Authorised' or 'King James' Authorised Version (AV). We believe the AV to be the most accurate and literal translation. Hymns are from the Gadsby's Selection. Tunes are usually played on the organ and are from the Companion Tune Book.

Why 'Strict and Particular' Baptist?

We practise restricted ("strict") communion, that is, anyone wishing to receive the communion will need to be a baptised believer of the same faith and order.

We believe that Jesus Christ came into this world to redeem (save or call) a "particular" people, who alone shall share this blessing.
